Our first home project with another contractor was a disaster! We were over budget and it took longer than expected. It took us a long time to agree and build another custom home. When we did, we took time to select a contractor we felt met our needs. We went with HL Properties because Harp was very honest in our meetings. Once construction began, Harp provided detailed schedules, budgets, and expectations. There were a couple uncontrollable delays and areas that went slightly over budget (though our overall budget was still very close), but these items were explained beforehand and we understood why they happened.
